Gaerne uses a consistent EU to US size conversion across its motorcycle boots and riding shoes, but fit can vary depending on the type of riding. Review the fit notes below, then use the size chart to find your best fit.
GAERNE OFF-ROAD / MX BOOTS FIT NOTES
Best for: Motocross, enduro, aggressive off-road riding.
Fit: Designed for protection and thicker MX socks. Typically feels roomier than street boots.
Common models: SG-12, SG-22, Fastback, GX-1
GAERNE ADVENTURE / ENDURO BOOTS FIT NOTES
Best for: Dual sport and adventure riding.
Fit: More relaxed and flexible for comfort on long rides and walking.
Common models: Balance Oiled, G-Adventure, Dakar-style boots
GAERNE STREET / TOURING BOOTS FIT NOTES
Best for: Street and touring riding.
Fit: More snug and closer to a traditional boot fit. Consider sizing up if you want extra room.
GAERNE RIDING SHOES / URBAN FIT NOTES
Best for: Casual riding and commuting.
Fit: Closest to a standard shoe or sneaker fit. If between sizes, sizing up is often preferred.
