Warranty Information

We stand behind the quality of the gear we sell and partner with trusted manufacturers known for producing reliable motorcycle equipment. Most products are backed by a manufacturer warranty that protects against defects in materials and workmanship.

Because each brand manages its warranty program independently, processes may vary slightly from one manufacturer to another.

How Warranty Coverage Works

Some manufacturers work directly with customers to streamline the process, while others require claims to be initiated through the authorized retailer where the item was purchased.

If you are unsure which process applies to your product, our team is always happy to help point you in the right direction.

Warranty Processing Time

Warranty evaluations and repairs typically take 4–8 weeks, depending on the manufacturer and the nature of the claim.

While we understand that being without your gear can be frustrating, these timelines are determined by the manufacturer and are unfortunately outside of our control.

We’re Here to Help

If you experience difficulty submitting a warranty claim or communicating with a manufacturer, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Even when claims are handled directly by the brand, we are glad to assist whenever possible to help ensure the process moves forward smoothly.

Your confidence matters to us, and we want you supported long after your purchase.

Defective or Damaged Upon Arrival

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

Products that have not been used fall under our return and support policies, and we will work quickly to make the situation right.

Once a product has been put into use, warranty coverage becomes the appropriate path for resolving performance issues.

Manufacturer Discretion

Warranty decisions — including repair, replacement, or denial of coverage — are made solely at the manufacturer’s discretion after evaluating the product.

What Is Typically Not Covered

Manufacturer warranties generally do not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse
  • Improper installation or modification
  • Neglect or lack of maintenance
  • Crash damage (in most cases)

For specific coverage details, we recommend reviewing the warranty documentation provided by the manufacturer.

Because warranty claims require manufacturer evaluation, outcomes and timelines cannot be guaranteed.
