The FLY Racing Youth Formula CC Solid Helmet is built for young riders who need advanced protection, comfort, and ventilation on the track or trail. Its tri-weave composite shell combines carbon fiber, DuPont™ Kevlar®, and fiberglass to create a lightweight helmet with excellent impact and penetration resistance.

Inside, the Formula CC uses RHEON® Impact Energy Cells to help absorb low-speed linear and rotational impacts, while Conehead® EPS technology manages impact energy across six critical zones. Expanded EPS coverage, an EPP chin bar, and a clavicle shell relief zone add extra protection in key impact areas.

True Functional Ventilation moves air through multiple intake vents, aligned EPS channels, and rear exhaust ports to help keep young riders cooler during hard motos and long trail rides. The washable moisture-wicking liner and quick-release cheek pads provide lasting comfort and easy maintenance.

For youth riders who need race-level protection in a clean solid-color design, the Formula CC Solid Helmet delivers premium FLY Racing performance with DOT and ECE approval.

Sizing Info

The Youth Formula CC is designed specifically for youth riders and should fit snugly around the crown and cheeks without causing painful pressure points. Measure head circumference approximately one inch above the eyebrows and compare it to the FLY Racing youth helmet size chart before ordering. A properly fitted off-road helmet should feel secure and should not rotate freely when the rider moves their head.
