The Scorpion EXO-R430 Cutlass Helmet combines bold graphics, advanced safety technology, and rider-focused comfort in a lightweight full-face street helmet. The advanced polycarbonate shell is CAD-refined for a smaller aerodynamic profile, helping reduce lift and turbulence while providing excellent impact protection.

The Ellip-Tec™ III face shield system creates a secure seal against the eye port gasket and allows quick, tool-free shield changes. The included EverClear® anti-fog treated shield helps maintain clear vision in cool, wet, or changing riding conditions.

Inside, the EXO-R430 Cutlass features Scorpion’s KwikWick® C comfort liner, designed to wick moisture, dry quickly, and provide lasting comfort. The liner is fully removable and washable, while KwikFit® cheek pads improve comfort for most riders who wear glasses.

The aero-tuned ventilation system uses adjustable intake and exhaust vents to help manage airflow, while integrated speaker pockets make communication system installation easier. With Emergency Release System cheek pads, DOT certification, and SNELL M2025D approval, the EXO-R430 Cutlass is ready for sport riding, commuting, and everyday street use.

Sizing Info

The Scorpion EXO-R430 uses an intermediate oval internal shape designed to fit most riders. The helmet should have a snug, secure fit with even pressure around the head and firm cheek pad contact when new.

The KwikWick® C liner will break in slightly after use. If you are between sizes, compare your measurement with Scorpion’s helmet size chart before choosing your size.

The EXO-R430 helmet continues to set a new standard for Scorpion EXO®’s full face street helmets at a very competitive price point. The advanced polycarbonate shell is more aerodynamic and smaller resulting in an ultra lightweight SNELL-approved helmet (3X/4X DOT Only). The aero tuned ventilation system uses large top vents and mouth vents, engineered to allow more airflow to the riders head while maintaining low noise levels. The EXO-R430 now features our new Elliptec™ faceshield with a latching shield locking mechanism located in the lower center of the shield. This makes the faceshield more secure and provides a tighter seal against the gasket. The faceshield can be easily removed without tools, and the EverClear® No-Fog coating helps keep your vision clear in cold and damp environmental conditions. The KwikWick® C liner is moisture wicking, anti-microbial, quick drying and can be easily removed and is machine washable. The EXO-R430 is an updated true high performance helmet at an unbeatable price.
