Product Details

The Scorpion EXO-R430 Head Trip Helmet delivers bold graphic styling and rider-focused performance in a lightweight full-face design. Its advanced polycarbonate shell is shaped with CAD-refined aerodynamics to help minimize lift and turbulence, resulting in a smoother, quieter, and more stable ride.

The Ellip-Tec™ III face shield system uses two-axis movement to pull the shield firmly against the eye-port gasket for a secure seal. A center locking mechanism keeps the shield evenly secured, while the tool-free design makes shield removal and replacement quick and simple. The installed EverClear® anti-fog treated face shield helps maintain clear vision in cold and damp conditions.

Inside, the KwikWick® C comfort liner uses moisture-wicking, antimicrobial, and quick-drying fabric to provide comfort in changing temperatures. The liner is removable and washable, and the KwikFit® cheek pads are shaped to accommodate most eyeglasses.

Large adjustable intake vents, exhaust vents, internal EPS channels, and a dual-position mouth vent help move cooling air through the helmet while directing airflow toward the shield to reduce fogging. Emergency-release cheek pads, integrated reflective piping, speaker pockets, and an EXO-COM prepared port add convenience for street and sport riders.

The EXO-R430 Head Trip is DOT certified and SNELL M2025D approved in sizes Small through 2XL.

Sizing Info

The Scorpion EXO-R430 uses Scorpion’s Type B fit profile and is designed around an intermediate oval head shape that suits many riders. A new helmet should fit snugly around the entire head with firm cheek-pad contact and no concentrated pressure points.

The KwikWick® C liner will relax slightly as it breaks in, so do not size up solely because the helmet feels firmly snug when new. Measure around the widest part of your head just above the eyebrows and compare the measurement with Scorpion’s size chart before ordering.

The EXO-R430 helmet continues to set a new standard for Scorpion EXO®’s full face street helmets at a very competitive price point. The advanced polycarbonate shell is more aerodynamic and smaller resulting in an ultra lightweight SNELL-approved helmet (3X/4X DOT Only). The aero tuned ventilation system uses large top vents and mouth vents, engineered to allow more airflow to the riders head while maintaining low noise levels. The EXO-R430 now features our new Elliptec™ faceshield with a latching shield locking mechanism located in the lower center of the shield. This makes the faceshield more secure and provides a tighter seal against the gasket. The faceshield can be easily removed without tools, and the EverClear® No-Fog coating helps keep your vision clear in cold and damp environmental conditions. The KwikWick® C liner is moisture wicking, anti-microbial, quick drying and can be easily removed and is machine washable. The EXO-R430 is an updated true high performance helmet at an unbeatable price.
