The Scorpion EXO-T520 features an Intermediate Oval head shape (Scorpion Type B), making it an excellent fit for riders whose heads are slightly longer front-to-back than side-to-side. It generally fits true to size, while the AirFit® cheek pad inflation system allows you to fine-tune the fit for added comfort and stability.

Measure the circumference of your head approximately one inch above your eyebrows and compare your measurement to the Scorpion size chart. If you're between sizes, riders who prefer a snug performance fit should choose the smaller size, while those who like a slightly roomier fit for extended touring may prefer the larger size. A new helmet should fit snugly all the way around without creating painful pressure points and will naturally break in slightly over time.
