These cheek pads are sized by thickness in millimeters rather than by helmet size. Available options range from 25 mm to 55 mm.

For a stock replacement, check the thickness marking on your existing S-M7 cheek pads and select the same thickness. To fine-tune the fit, a thicker cheek pad will generally provide a snugger fit around the cheeks, while a thinner cheek pad will provide additional room.

Helmet cheek pads should make firm, even contact with the cheeks without creating painful pressure. Always confirm compatibility and your existing pad thickness before ordering.
