The FLY Racing Youth Formula S Carbon Solid Helmet brings the advanced protection and technology of the Formula S platform to young motocross and off-road riders.

Its lightweight 12K carbon fiber shell is paired with FLY Racing's Adaptive Impact System (AIS). RHEON Impact Energy Cells help manage low-speed linear and rotational impacts, while Conehead® EPS technology uses specifically tuned zones to provide a progressive response across different impact speeds. Expanded-volume EPS adds impact-absorbing material in strategic areas, while an EPP chin bar and clavicle shell relief zone provide additional energy-management features.

What really separates the Formula S is FLY SMART™ Intelligent Telemetry powered by Quin®. Five integrated sensors continuously evaluate riding data and can automatically detect a crash event. When paired with the FLY Smart App, the system can record impact data, provide live GPS tracking, speed, acceleration and other ride analytics.

The integrated system also supports an SOS Beacon activated by tapping the helmet five times. Emergency-contact and emergency-service capabilities vary depending on the rider's Quin/APEX subscription and service availability.

True Functional Ventilation directs incoming air through multiple intake vents, aligned EPS channels and rear exhaust vents to help maintain airflow while riding. Inside, the washable moisture-wicking and antimicrobial comfort liner and quick-release cheek pads provide additional comfort and convenience.

Sizing Info

The FLY Racing Youth Formula S Carbon Helmet should fit snugly and securely around the entire head without creating painful pressure points. The cheek pads should make firm contact with the rider's cheeks when new, as the interior will settle slightly with normal use.

Measure around the widest part of the rider's head, approximately one inch above the eyebrows and around the largest point at the back of the head, then compare the measurement with the FLY Racing youth helmet size chart.

When properly fastened, the helmet should move with the rider's head and should not easily rotate or slide independently. Do not intentionally purchase an oversized helmet for a child to "grow into," as a secure fit is important for proper helmet performance.
