We didn’t just take a cotton shirt add some DuPont™ Kevlar® thread and call it a protective garment. We’ve been making protective riding apparel for over ten years and want our customers to be safe. The Covert flannel was designed from the very beginning to be a protective garment. The entire shirt is based on a chassis made with 165g DuPont™ Kevlar® lining to protect from tear and abrasion. then we sew a cotton flannel fabric onto the chassis, and add a comfortable mesh liner.

The Scorpion Covert Flannel is built for riders who want a casual button-up look without giving up motorcycle-focused protection. Its cotton flannel outer gives it everyday style, while the internal chassis uses a 165g DuPont Kevlar lining to help improve tear and abrasion resistance.

Inside, a comfortable mesh liner helps keep the shirt easier to wear on the bike, while armor pockets at the elbows, shoulders, and back allow for optional SAS-TEC CE-certified armor upgrades. Two upper chest pockets and one internal pocket add simple everyday storage, making the Covert Flannel a solid choice for casual street riding, commuting, and around-town use.

Helmet Sizing

How to measure: Wrap a soft tape measure around the largest part of your head, approximately one inch above your eyebrows and across the widest portion at the back. Repeat the measurement to confirm it, then use the chart closest to your measurement.

Proper fit: A motorcycle helmet should fit snugly and comfortably with the chinstrap securely fastened. The helmet should move the skin on your forehead when rotated. If it can roll forward far enough for the eye port to move below your brow, it is too loose.

Helmet sizing charts are a starting point. Head shape and individual fit can vary by model.
